900 Number scam that is happening now !!!!

There is a 900 number that is VERY popular where you will get hit for $100 or $50 for your call, and you believe you will only pay about $10 or $20.  This handicapper simply talks about his picks for the day on his 800 line, screams, yells, and distracts you from the fact that he does not mention the price of his 900 service.  You call the 900 number and it goes directly to his giving you the picks.  Note:  It is illegal and a violation of Federal law if you run a 900 number and do not mention the price for the call in the beginning of the call.  You must also let someone have the chance to back out before billing begins.  This prominent handicapper DOES NOT DO THIS!
