Finance wizard, STEVE, convinces a reluctant XAVIER to participate in a financial scam that will reap them much money, at little risk.  The FBI agent, OLIVIA, suspect an illegal financial dealing, and tries to convince XAVIER to whistleblow.  Will XAVIER turn in his best friend to save himself only to risk blacklisting within the competitive world of corporate finance.

This play is based on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, commonly referred to as SOX.  It is designed to offer whistle blower protection to those who report financial irregularities at their companies..
