About

We know what he did… we know what he said…. but was it sexual harassment?

Tensions are high in this courtroom drama where CARRIE accuses ROGER of sexual harassment.  In this high-stakes battle of legal maneuvering, the fate of the defendant is up to you, the jury.  PETER, the plaintiff attorney, provides a focused attack, but THERESE, the defense attorney, provides an solid defense in this battle of words, disagreement over actions, and debate over the fate of workplace freedom-of-speech.

Quid Pro Quo sexual harassment occurs if a job benefit is directly connected to an employee submitting to unwelcome sexual advances or demands.  For example, a supervisor promises an employee a raise if she will go out on a date with him, or tells an employee she will be fired if she doesn't sleep with him.

Approximate running time:  45 minutes / one-act

PETER………………………….Plaintiff Attorney
CARRIE……………….……….Plaintiff
THERESE………………………Defense Attorney
