    My name is Edward H. Hernandez, Ph.D. I am currently an Assistant Professor of Human Resources Management at California State University Stanislaus in the Central Valley of California (east of San Francisco). My areas of interest include human resource law, contingent work arrangements, organizational creativity, organizational strategy and design.
